Hi, I’m Grayson Derkach, and I’m excited to join the team at Tandem Home Education as a teacher’s aide. My passion for working with high school-aged students comes from a deeply personal place. I found my calling and rededicated my life to Christ during my teenage years. This experience has inspired me to be a godly role model for students, guiding them through their critical developmental years.

Both my wife, Haley, and I were homeschooled our entire lives, which has given us a profound appreciation for the value of homeschooling. This background enriches our understanding of the unique benefits and opportunities homeschooling provides.

I am also in the process of becoming a pastor at CalvaryPHX, working alongside seasoned pastors and completing my schooling. This season of life reflects my dedication to spiritual growth and community. Haley and I share a strong commitment to supporting and uplifting others. We enjoy photography, thrifting, and exploring new coffee shops together. Haley is an incredible source of support, helping me pursue what God has called me to do.

I look forward to using my experience and faith to positively impact students and contribute to their growth and success at Tandem.
