Hello! My name is Jen Grotte. I moved to the West Valley in 2015 from North Dakota with my husband, Clinton, and our children: Celeste, Kenyon, Nicholas, and Abrielle. Along with being ready for a change, we moved here to be closer to some of our family and admit that having some extra sunshine in our days was an incentive!

Although I had my nursing license and a passion to pursue all that was ahead, staying home with my kids, growing with them and teaching them until they were ready for school was a priority to us. I am forever grateful that we were blessed enough to have that opportunity.

The next few years flew by in traditional school, with many choices made and challenges endured in more directions than one. Eventually, it was evident that God had called us to homeschooling! Without a doubt, it was a radical change from everything I knew "school" to be—and now we know that we wouldn't want it any other way!

God always knows best!
